- 8 dl water
- 2 tsk dashi granules (or 1 piece kombu and a handful of bonito flakes)
- 3 spsk miso paste (white or red)
- 150 g silken tofu, cubed
- 5 g dried wakame seaweed
- 2 stk green onions, thinly sliced

Make dashi stock
- Bring water to a boil and add dashi granules. Stir until dissolved. Remove the pot from heat.

Add tofu and wakame
- Add dried wakame and tofu cubes. Gently heat on low for 2-3 minutes – do not let it boil.

Stir in miso paste
- Dissolve miso paste in a small sieve or bowl with some of the warm broth. Pour the mixture into the pot and stir gently.
- Serve topped with green onions and optionally a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
