    • 3 tbsp White miso paste
    • 7.1 oz Firm tofu, cubed
    • 2 stk Spring onions, sliced
    • 3.5 oz Mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

    Heat the soup

    1. Bring the water in the cast-iron pot to a boil over calm coals.
    2. Add the mushrooms and let them simmer gently.

    2. Turn down the heat so the soup does not boil.
