- 3.5 oz Rolled oats
- 2 stk Eggs
- about 0.4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter or oil for frying

Make the batter
- Put bananas, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a blender.
- Blend until the batter is smooth.
- If you want to prep at home, pour the batter into a bottle.

Heat the pan
- Heat a pan or Trangia over medium heat.
- Add a little butter or oil.

- Pour small portions of batter onto the pan.
