    • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
    • 1 stk egg
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 knsp salt
    • 6.3 oz wheat flour
    • 1.8 oz rolled oats
    • 10.6 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

    Cream butter and sugar

    1. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar until light and creamy.
    2. Add the egg and beat it well into the mixture.

    Fold in the dry ingredients

    1. Mix baking powder and salt with the flour.
    2. Stir the flour mixture and oats into the dough.
    3. Fold in the chopped chocolate last.

    Bake the cookies

    1. Place spoonfuls of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment.
    2. Bake at 180°C for about 10–12 minutes, until golden at the edges.
