- 4.4 oz sugar
- 3.5 oz brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 stk egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 knsp salt
- 6.3 oz wheat flour
- 1.8 oz rolled oats
- 10.6 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Instructions

Cream butter and sugar
- Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the egg and beat it well into the mixture.

Fold in the dry ingredients
- Mix baking powder and salt with the flour.
- Stir the flour mixture and oats into the dough.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate last.

Bake the cookies
- Place spoonfuls of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment.
- Bake at 180°C for about 10–12 minutes, until golden at the edges.
- Let them cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes before moving.
