A simple one-pot pasta on a Trangia or small gas burner. Pasta, tomatoes and feta simmer in the same pot and come together into a soft, filling meal with light packing.

- 300 g Penne or other short pasta
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 200 g Feta
- 2 fed Garlic
Liquid and seasoning
- 6 dl Water
- 1 spsk Oil
- 1 tsk Salt
- 1 tsk Pepper
- 1 tsk Dried oregano

- Halve the tomatoes and roughly chop the garlic.
- It can stay rustic.

- Add pasta, tomatoes, garlic, water, oil and spices to the pot.
- The water should just cover the pasta.

- Bring to a boil and simmer gently, stirring.
