    • 300 g Carrots, cut into large pieces
    • 3 fed Garlic, roughly chopped
    • 2 spsk Oil
    • 1 tsk Dried rosemary or thyme
    • 1 tsk Salt
    • 0.5 tsk Pepper

    Prep the root vegetables

    1. Preheat the oven or covered grill to about 400°F.
    2. Toss the potatoes and carrots with oil, salt and pepper in a baking dish.

    2. Scatter the garlic and rosemary over the meat.
