- 1 dåse Chopped tomatoes
- 1 stk Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Curry or paprika
- ½ tsp Salt

Sweat the onion
- Heat the oil in the pot and sweat the onion until soft.

- Fill the can halfway with water and pour it into the pot.
- Season with curry or paprika and salt.
- Simmer until the lentils are tender and the stew is creamy.
