    • 1 dåse Chopped tomatoes
    • 1 stk Onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • 1 tsp Curry or paprika
    • ½ tsp Salt

    1. Heat the oil in the pot and sweat the onion until soft.

    1. Add red lentils and chopped tomatoes.
    2. Fill the can halfway with water and pour it into the pot.
    3. Season with curry or paprika and salt.
    4. Simmer until the lentils are tender and the stew is creamy.
