    • 4 dl Water
    • 1 spsk Peanut butter
    • 1 tsk Soy sauce
    • 0.5 tsk Chili flakes (or curry)

    • 1 håndfuld Carrot in thin strips (optional)
    • 1 spsk Scallions, sliced (optional)
  • Topping

    • 1 tsk Sesame seeds (optional)

    Boil water and make the peanut base

    1. Bring 4 dl water to a boil in a pot.
    2. Stir peanut butter and soy sauce into the water until you have a creamy base.

    Cook the noodles

    1. Add the noodles and cook according to the package (usually 3–4 minutes).
    2. If you use carrot, add it for the last 1–2 minutes.

    1. Crack the egg into the pot while it simmers gently.
