    • 14.1 oz Cottage cheese
    • 1 knsp Salt
    • 1 knsp Pepper
    • 1 tsp Oregano

    Blend the batter

    1. Add eggs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper to a blender.
    2. Blend until completely smooth.
    3. Season with oregano or another spice if you like.

    Spread on a baking sheet

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Pour out the batter and spread it in an even layer.

    Bake the wrap bread

    1. Preheat the oven to 190°C fan.
    2. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the bread is golden.

    Cool, peel and cut

    1. Take the bread out and let it cool a little.
    2. Gently peel off the parchment paper.
    3. Cut into 8 squares and serve with different fillings.
