Oven-roasted potatoes
- 800 g small potatoes
- 3 spsk olive oil
- 1 spsk fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 3 fed garlic (pressed)
- 1 tsk salt
- 0.5 tsk black pepper
Lemon cream
- 150 g Greek yogurt (10%)
- 1 stk lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 tsk honey
- 0.5 tsk Dijon mustard
- 1 spsk fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Prepare the potatoes
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in halves or quarters.
- Leave the skin on for extra crispness and flavor.

Make the herb oil
- Mix the olive oil with pressed garlic, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Stir well so the oil takes on the aroma.

Roast the potatoes
- Toss the potatoes in the herb oil and roast them on baking paper.
- Turn them halfway for even browning.

Make the lemon cream
- Stir yogurt with lemon juice, zest, honey, Dijon mustard and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
