- 2 dl short-grain rice
- 5 dl water
- 5 dl milk
- 1 knsp salt
Instructions

Boil rice and water
- Add rice and water to the Trangia pot.
- Bring to a boil and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

- Add milk and salt.
- Bring briefly to a boil while stirring.
- Turn off the Trangia and put the lid on the pot.

- Wrap the pot in clothes, a towel or a sleeping bag.
- Let the porridge rest for 30–60 minutes.
- Stir through before serving.
