- Add milk and popcorn to a blender and blend thoroughly so the popcorn flavour infuses the milk.

- Strain the popcorn milk through a fine sieve to remove coarse bits.

- Pour the popcorn milk back into the blender and add vanilla ice cream, salted caramel sauce and a pinch of salt.
