    • 1200 g Pork neck roast without rind
    • 2 tsk Salt
    • 1 tsk Pepper
    • 1 spsk Paprika
  • Liquid and flavor

    • 2 dl Pork broth (or vegetable broth)
    • 1 stk Onion, cut into wedges

    Prepare the roast

    1. Pat the pork neck dry with paper towel.
    2. Rub it with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Brown the roast

    1. Brown the roast on all sides in a hot pan.

    1. Place the onion in the base of the slow cooker.
    2. Pour in the broth.
    3. Place the roast on top.
    4. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours until the meat is very tender.
