    1. Chop the dill finely and stir it together with creme fraiche, a little salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning — the cream should be fresh and slightly tangy.

    1. Zest the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mix with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
