  • Vegetables and liquid

    • 2 stk Onions
    • 4 fed Garlic
    • about 0.8 cup Apple juice or cider
    • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

    • 1 tsp Cumin
    • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Black pepper

      Prepare the meat

      1. Pat the meat dry and rub with the spices.
      2. Cut onions into wedges and roughly chop the garlic.

      Slow cooking

      1. Place onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
      2. Place the meat on top and pour in apple juice and vinegar.
      3. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours.
