- 4 fed Garlic
- about 0.8 cup Apple juice or cider
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper

Prepare the meat
- Pat the meat dry and rub with the spices.
- Cut onions into wedges and roughly chop the garlic.

Slow cooking
- Place onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place the meat on top and pour in apple juice and vinegar.
- Cook on LOW for about 8 hours.

- Return it to the liquid and season with salt to taste.
