    • 1 stk cauliflower
  • Seasoning and topping

    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 1.8 oz grated parmesan
    • 2 fed garlic (finely chopped)
    • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • 0.5 stk lemon (zest)

    Heat the oven

    1. Heat the oven to 200 °C, fan.

    Prepare the cauliflower

    1. Break the cauliflower into small florets.
    2. Lay them on a baking tray lined with paper.

    Add oil and seasoning

    1. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and toss with garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
    2. Scatter the grated parmesan on last.

    Roast in the oven

    1. Roast about 25 minutes, until the edges are golden and crisp.
    2. Turn once if you want more even colour.
