    Cook the fries

    1. Cook the fries in the oven or air fryer until golden and crisp.
    2. They should be fully done before they go into the pan.

    Cook sausages and some of the onion

    1. Slice the sausages and cook them until golden. Finely chop half the onion and let it soften and turn lightly golden with the sausages.
    2. Save the rest of the onion raw for topping.

    Toast the curry

    1. Push the sausages aside, add butter and toast the curry briefly in the fat until fragrant.
