- 600 g fries (frozen or homemade)
- 1 stk onion

- 1 spsk butter or oil
- 1 tsk curry powder
- 0.5 tsk salt
Ketchup sauce
- 4 spsk ketchup
- 1 spsk water or cream
- 0.5 tsk vinegar or lemon juice

Cook the fries
- Cook the fries in the oven or air fryer until golden and crisp.
- They should be fully done before they go into the pan.

Cook sausages and some of the onion
- Slice the sausages and cook them until golden. Finely chop half the onion and let it soften and turn lightly golden with the sausages.
- Save the rest of the onion raw for topping.

Toast the curry
- Push the sausages aside, add butter and toast the curry briefly in the fat until fragrant.
- It only takes a few seconds, but it makes the curry warmer and rounder.

Bring the mix together
- Stir ketchup, water or cream and vinegar together in the pan. Fold in the fries gently and season with salt.
- Toss calmly so the fries keep their crunch.
