- 4 stk Kinder chocolate
- about 0.4 cup whipping cream

- Bake the bake-off buns according to the package instructions.
- Let the buns cool completely.

Make the buttermilk cream
- Whip the cream to soft peaks.
- Stir in the buttermilk, vanilla and icing sugar.
- Grate in the lemon zest and fold gently.

- Let the chocolate cool slightly.
