    • 4 stk Chicken breasts
    • 1 tsk Salt
    • 1 knsp Black pepper
  • Creamy sauce

    • 2 dl Chicken broth
    • 2 dl Whipping cream
    • 2 spsk Butter
    • 100 g Cream cheese
    • 150 g Grated Parmesan
    • 3 fed Garlic
  • Optional greens

    • 100 g Fresh spinach

    Prepare the chicken

    1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
    2. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add sauce

    1. Add butter and garlic on top.
    2. Pour in the broth and cream.

    Cooking

    1. Cook 3½–4 hours on LOW, until the chicken is cooked through (core temperature 75°C).

    Make the sauce silky

    1. Lift out the chicken and slice it.
    2. Stir cream cheese and Parmesan into the sauce.
    3. Return the chicken and add spinach for the last 10 minutes if you like.
