    • 1 tsk Black pepper
    • 1 spsk Oil or butter for searing

    • 3 dl Lamb or vegetable broth
    • 3 fed Crushed garlic
    • 2 kviste Rosemary
    • 2 kviste Thyme

    Prepare and sear the lamb

    1. Pat the lamb leg dry and season it with salt and pepper.
    2. Sear the meat well on all sides in a hot skillet.

    1. Place the garlic and herbs in the bottom.
    2. Pour in the broth.
    3. Place the seared lamb leg on top.
