- 1800 g Boneless lamb leg
- 2 tsk Salt
- 1 tsk Black pepper
- 1 spsk Oil or butter for searing

- 3 dl Lamb or vegetable broth
- 3 fed Crushed garlic
- 2 kviste Rosemary
- 2 kviste Thyme

Prepare and sear the lamb
- Pat the lamb leg dry and season it with salt and pepper.
- Sear the meat well on all sides in a hot skillet.

Set up the slow cooker
- Place the garlic and herbs in the bottom.
- Pour in the broth.
- Place the seared lamb leg on top.

Slow cook
- Cook on LOW for about 7–8 hours, until the meat is very tender.

- Let the meat rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Slice it or gently pull it apart.
