    • 1 dl Heavy cream

    • 1 tsk Lemon zest, grated
    • 2 spsk Lemon juice
    • 1 tsk Dried thyme or rosemary
  • Optional thickening

    • 1 tsk Cornstarch
    • 1 spsk Water

    Prepare the chicken

    1. Lay the chicken breasts in a single layer in the slow cooker.

    Add flavor and liquid

    1. Distribute garlic, thyme, lemon zest and butter over the chicken.
    2. Pour in the broth – it should not cover completely.

    Cook gently

    1. Cook on LOW for 3½–4 hours.
