    • 800 g Potatoes, peeled and diced
    • 1 stk Onion, chopped
    • 2 fed Garlic
    • 8 dl Vegetable broth
  • Finish

    • 2 dl Heavy cream
    • 1 spsk Butter
    • 1 tsk Salt
    • 1 knsp Black pepper
  • Optional topping

    • 100 g Crispy fried bacon
    • 1 spsk Fresh parsley
