- 800 g Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 stk Onion, chopped
- 2 fed Garlic
- 8 dl Vegetable broth

- 2 dl Heavy cream
- 1 spsk Butter
- 1 tsk Salt
- 1 knsp Black pepper

- 100 g Crispy fried bacon
- 1 spsk Fresh parsley

Prepare the ingredients
- Add the potatoes, onion and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the broth.

- The potatoes should be completely tender.
