- 1.8 oz butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 15.9 oz wheat flour

- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Stir together the banana, milk, butter and honey.

- Add the flour and salt.
- Knead to a soft, pliable dough.

- Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot for about 45 minutes, until doubled.
