    • 0.9 oz yeast
    • 1.8 oz butter, melted
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 15.9 oz wheat flour

    1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
    2. Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it.
    3. Stir together the banana, milk, butter and honey.

    1. Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot for about 45 minutes, until doubled.

    1. Shape the dough into buns and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
