- 1.8 oz Butter, melted
- 5.3 oz Grated mild cheese
- 15.9 oz Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Salt

Prepare the dough
- Warm the milk gently and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Stir in the butter and grated cheese.

- Add the flour and salt.
- Knead into a soft, pliable dough.

- Place the dough in a bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until airy and doubled.

- Divide the dough into small pieces and shape into round buns.
- Place them close together on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
