- 300 g Green papaya, coarsely shredded
- 6 stk Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50 g Green beans, cut into 3 cm pieces
- 2 spsk Dried shrimp
- 30 g Roasted peanuts
- 3 stk Fresh chilies (bird's eye)
- 2 fed Garlic
- 2 spsk Fish sauce
- 2 spsk Fresh lime juice
- 1 spsk Palm sugar

Pound the dressing
- Lightly pound garlic and chili in a mortar. Add palm sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice and pound once more to combine.

Toss the salad
- Add beans and tomatoes, pound lightly to bruise. Add shredded papaya, dried shrimp, and peanuts. Toss gently with two spoons until everything is coated.
