Prepare the vegetables
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper.

Fry the potatoes
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes for 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy. Season with salt, paprika and chili flakes.

- Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper, and fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.
