    Prepare the vegetables

    1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, garlic and bell pepper.

    Fry the potatoes

    1. Heat olive oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes for 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy. Season with salt, paprika and chili flakes.

    1. Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper, and fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.
