Bun dough
- 300 g All-purpose flour
- 1 tsk Dry yeast
- 1 spsk Sugar
- 1 tsk Salt
- 2 spsk Oil
- 2 dl Water

Mix the dough
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and oil and stir to a soft dough.

Shape the buns
- Shape the dough into small buns.
- Place them on parchment paper or a clean cloth.

Steam the buns
- Pour about one inch of water into the Trangia pot.
- Set the buns on an inverted plate or rack above the water.
- Cover with the lid and steam until the buns are risen and firm.
