- 1 stk pointed cabbage
Meat sauce
- 14.1 oz minced beef
- 1 stk onion
- 2 fed garlic
- 14.1 oz chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt and pepper

Prepare the cabbage
- Separate the leaves from the pointed cabbage and blanch for 2 minutes in boiling water.

Make the meat sauce
- Fry the mince with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Stuff the leaves
- Spread meat sauce on each leaf and roll up.

Place in oven-proof dish
- Place the rolls snugly in an oven-proof dish. Pour a little extra tomato over if desired.

- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until melted and golden.
