    • 2 fed Garlic, finely chopped

    • 1⅔ cup Vegetable stock

    • 2 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 tsp Ground cumin
    • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
  • Lemon yoghurt

    • about 0.8 cup Greek yoghurt
    • 1 stk Lemon, finely grated zest and a little juice

      1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
      2. Divide the cauliflower into florets and chop the onion and garlic.

      2. Add stock, coconut milk, oil and spices.
