  • Thai fried rice

    • 400 g Cold cooked jasmine rice (day-old)
    • 2 stk Eggs
    • 3 fed Garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 spsk Soy sauce
    • 1 spsk Fish sauce
    • 0.5 tsk Sugar
    • 1 stk Lime
    • 2 spsk Neutral oil

Instructions

    Fry the rice

    1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Fry garlic for 20 sec. Crack eggs directly into the wok and scramble quickly.
    2. Add the cold rice and fry for 3–4 min. Press rice against the wok so it picks up colour. Add soy, fish sauce, and sugar.
    3. Serve with lime wedges and fresh chili.
