    • 400 g 400 g sausages, such as grilling sausages or pork sausage
    • 4 stk 4 potatoes
    • 3 stk 3 carrots
    • 1 stk 1 onion
    • 1 l 1 liter vegetable or beef stock
    • 2 spsk 2 tbsp oil or butter
    • 1 tsk 1 tsp paprika
    • 0.5 tsk 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 knsp 1 pinch salt

    Prepare the ingredients

    1. Slice the sausages.
    2. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into rough cubes.
    3. Roughly chop the onion.

    Fry the sausages and onion

    1. Heat the oil or butter in a pot on the Trangia camping stove.
    2. Fry the sausages until nicely browned.
    3. Add the onion and cook until translucent.

    1. Add the potatoes, carrots and spices.
    2. Pour in stock to cover.
    3. Bring the one-pot soup to a boil, then simmer until the vegetables are tender.
