- 5.3 oz Wheat flour
- 2 stk Eggs
- 1¼ cup Milk
- about 1.1 oz Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar (can be left out for a savoury version)
- ½ tsp Salt
- about 0.4 oz Butter for frying
Sweet filling
- 2 stk Bananas, sliced
- 4 tbsp Nutella or chocolate spread
- 5.3 oz Strawberries, sliced
Savoury filling
- 4 stk Eggs for scrambled eggs
- 1.8 oz Ham in strips
- 2 stk Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 håndfuld Fresh basil
- 2.8 oz Mozzarella or mild cheese
Instructions

Mix the pancake batter
- Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl.
- Add the melted butter and stir briefly.
- Add flour, sugar and salt, and whisk to a smooth batter without lumps.

Cook the pancakes
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt a little butter in it.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt it so the batter spreads thinly.
- Cook for about 45–60 seconds until the surface sets and the edges turn lightly golden.
- Flip the pancake and cook for 20–30 seconds on the other side.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter, adding a little butter as needed.

Prepare fillings for 4 variations
- Banana + Nutella: Slice the banana and have the Nutella ready.
- Ham + scrambled eggs: Whisk the eggs and make soft scrambled eggs in the pan. Warm the ham briefly if you like.
- Strawberries: Rinse and slice the strawberries.
- Tomato + basil + cheese: Slice the tomato, pick the basil and slice or grate the cheese.

Fill and fold into triangles
- Place a pancake on a plate.
- Add a thin layer of filling in the centre so the pancake can still fold neatly.
- Fold the pancake into a triangle and press gently.
- Repeat and make a few variations for serving.
