- 2 dåse Tuna in water or oil, drained
- 3 spsk Mayonnaise
- 2 spsk Skyr or crème fraîche
- 1 tsk Dijon mustard
- 1 spsk Lemon juice
- 2 spsk Chives or parsley, finely chopped
- 0.5 tsk Salt
- 0.3 tsk Pepper
Serving
- 4 stk Rye bread or coarse bread
- 1 stk Cucumber, in sticks
- 2 stk Carrots, in sticks
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 håndfuld Lettuce leaves

Mix the base
- Put the drained tuna in a bowl and break it up lightly with a fork.
- Stir in mayonnaise, skyr or crème fraîche, Dijon mustard and lemon juice.

- Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.

- Rinse the tomatoes and lettuce.
- Cut the cucumber and carrots into sticks.
