Heart eggs
- 4 stk Eggs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Freshly ground pepper
Avocado toast
- 2 stk Avocados
- 4 skiver Sourdough bread
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions

Prepare the avocado toast
- Mash the avocados roughly with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
- Toast the bread slices until golden.

Make the heart eggs
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Form small hearts in the pan using a heart mould, or by gently nudging the white together.
- Crack the eggs into the heart mould and cook until the white is set but the yolk is still soft.

Serving
- Spread avocado on the toast and top with the heart eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve at once.
