    • 4 stk Eggs
    • 1 tbsp Butter
    • ½ tsp Salt
    • ¼ tsp Freshly ground pepper
  • Avocado toast

    • 2 stk Avocados
    • 4 skiver Sourdough bread
    • 1 tsp Lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

    Prepare the avocado toast

    1. Mash the avocados roughly with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
    2. Toast the bread slices until golden.

    Make the heart eggs

    1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Form small hearts in the pan using a heart mould, or by gently nudging the white together.
    3. Crack the eggs into the heart mould and cook until the white is set but the yolk is still soft.

    Serving

    1. Spread avocado on the toast and top with the heart eggs.
    2. Season with salt and pepper and serve at once.
