    • 1.5 tsk salt
    • 0.5 tsk pepper
    • 1 spsk butter or oil (for searing)
  • Liquid and flavor

    • 2 dl veal or vegetable stock
    • 2 fed garlic cloves, lightly crushed
    • 2 kviste thyme

    Prepare the culotte

    1. Pat the culotte dry.
    2. Rub with salt and pepper.

    1. Sear the meat on all sides in a hot pan.

    1. Pour the stock into the slow cooker.
    2. Add garlic and thyme.
    3. Place the culotte on top.
    4. Cook on LOW for about 3½–4 hours, until the meat is tender. Use a meat thermometer for the core temperature you prefer.
