- 1 stk courgette (grated)
- about 0.6 cup rolled oats
- 1 stk egg
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill)
- 1 tsp salt and pepper

Mix the batter
- Grate vegetables and mix with oats, egg, herbs, salt and pepper. Let rest 10 minutes.

- Shape the mixture into flat patties with a spoon or wet hands.

- Fry the patties in oil over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
