    • 2 stk carrot (grated)
    • 1 stk courgette (grated)
    • about 0.6 cup rolled oats
    • 1 stk egg
    • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill)
    • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • For frying

    • 2 tbsp oil

    Mix the batter

    1. Grate vegetables and mix with oats, egg, herbs, salt and pepper. Let rest 10 minutes.

    Shape patties

    1. Shape the mixture into flat patties with a spoon or wet hands.

    Pan-fry

    1. Fry the patties in oil over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
