    • 1 dåse Chopped tomatoes

    • 2 dl Coconut milk
    • 30 g Butter
    • 2 tsk Garam masala
    • 2 tsk Paprika
    • 1 tsk Ground cumin
    • 0.5 tsk Chili powder
    • 1 tsk Salt

    Prepare the cauliflower

    1. Divide the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

    Chop the aromatics

    1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, and grate the ginger.

    1. Put the cauliflower, onion, garlic and ginger in the slow cooker.
    2. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, spices and salt.
    3. Stir well so the sauce is distributed.
