    • 2 stk carrots, sliced
    • 1 stk onion, roughly chopped
    • 2 fed garlic
  • Korma sauce

    • 1 dåse coconut milk
    • 1 dl cashews, unsalted
    • 2 spsk coconut oil or butter
    • 2 tsk garam masala
    • 1 tsk ground coriander
    • 0.5 tsk ground cardamom
    • 1 tsk salt

    Prepare the vegetables

    1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and slice the carrots.
    2. Roughly chop the onion and garlic.

    Make the creamy sauce

    1. Blend coconut milk, cashews, spices, salt and coconut oil or butter until completely smooth.

    1. Add the vegetables to the slow cooker and pour the korma sauce over.
