- 1 stk cauliflower, in florets
- 2 stk carrots, sliced
- 1 stk onion, roughly chopped
- 2 fed garlic
Korma sauce
- 1 dåse coconut milk
- 1 dl cashews, unsalted
- 2 spsk coconut oil or butter
- 2 tsk garam masala
- 1 tsk ground coriander
- 0.5 tsk ground cardamom
- 1 tsk salt

Prepare the vegetables
- Divide the cauliflower into florets and slice the carrots.
- Roughly chop the onion and garlic.

Make the creamy sauce
- Blend coconut milk, cashews, spices, salt and coconut oil or butter until completely smooth.

Ready to cook
- Add the vegetables to the slow cooker and pour the korma sauce over.
- Stir gently so everything is coated.

Cook in the slow cooker
- Cook for about 4 hours, until the vegetables are fully tender.
