    1. Stir yeast, sugar and salt into the lukewarm water. Add the butter in cubes, then the flour a little at a time, until the dough leaves the bowl. Knead thoroughly.

    1. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.

    Shape the rolls

    1. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Press them gently flat.
