    • 150 g Feta cheese
    • 1 bundt Fresh mint

  • Dressing

    • 1 stk Lime
    • 1 spsk Olive oil

    Prep fruit and vegetables

    1. Cut the watermelon into bite-size cubes and remove any seeds.
    2. Cut the cucumber into half-moons for a little extra crunch.
    3. Chop the mint coarsely, or pick the leaves if they are small and tender.

    Mix the light dressing

    1. Squeeze the lime juice into a small bowl.
    2. Stir in olive oil, salt and pepper until the dressing comes together.
    3. Taste – it should be fresh and lightly tangy.

    1. Put watermelon and cucumber in a large bowl.
