- about 1.1 oz chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or walnuts)
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- about 0.4 oz butter

Make the honey crunch
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat
- Add honey, oats, nuts and vanilla sugar
- Toast while stirring until golden and smelling nutty
- Spread the crunch on parchment paper and let it cool so it turns crisp

Prepare the berries
- Rinse the berries and let them drain well
- Cut large strawberries in half or quarters if needed
